Nigerian Cousine

Geographic Location:

  • Nigeria is located in west Africa on the Gulf of Guinea
Climate:
  • The climate is arid in the north, tropical in the center, and equatorial in the south.Right now it is 91Degree
Cooking Method:
Ingredients are placed in a pot and slowly over a fire.

Flavor Principle:
  • Maggi

Meal Schedule:
  • The meal schedule is the same as the one in America, they eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, just like here.

  • Jollof rice with fried plantains and chicken
